Default Location of windshield wiper relay

Can anyone tell me where the windshield wiper relay is located on my 1994 SL500? The wiper has stopped working in the intermittent and low positions. The wiper only works in the high position. Thanks

those relays are usually very dependable but is the second largest relay in the fuse and relay box at the back of engine compartment drivers side.

Found it. Thanks. You say that these relays are usually very dependable. Can you think of another reason that the wipers would only work in the high position?

if not a poor connection, issues can come from the multi-switch not to say the relay can't be bad.

On a 1994 SL500, the windshield wiper relay is built into the wiper switch module on the steering column. Since high speed still works, the intermittent/low circuit or the switch itself is likely faulty. Replacing the wiper switch module usually resolves this issue.
