Dear members

I need some help.
I don't know anything about Mercs or their spare parts but my Dad has a 1983 380sl that is need of some replacement injectors.
The garage have told us that it has 8 and 3 have gone - so we need to find 3 period injectors or 8 new ones!

Does anyone have any advice on where to go to get these? Or any advice on what's the best way forward - replace the old ones or go for the 8 new ones (ouch!).

If this were my car and I trusted the tech's analysis, I'd buy 3 new injectors and have the other 5 rebuilt. Here' s one place that does this kind of work;

other members can suggest their favorites as well. Remember to also replace the injector seals (very cheap item) when replacing the injectors. Good luck with the car.
