Hard top,headlights,driver door questions

Default Hard top,headlights,driver door questions

Hi evreyone i bought 2 weeks ago my sl 500 129 and its hardtop as i didnt ask the owner how to move the hardtop i thought reading the instruction will be fine,however the instruction didnt guide not well is there anybody who can or tell what is the best and right way to do it so i dont mess in wrong place 2-my speaker on the driver side is up and down i guess the cable has a lose so when i turn th evolume up the bass hit that it come and goes so i m guessing its a loss maybe it s because of the vibration etc.. and have aswell at that door some sqeuaking sound s its like dry or sounds a weared sound so how can i move the panel in order to fix the speaker aswell to take care of the sqeuking 3-my headlights are not bright even i use a high aftermarket still not bright so planing either bi xenon or xenon or hid light can somebody suggest me where i can buy it or what is the best one to put it i appricate aswell what othere mercedes classes has the same body type as sl 500 129 thanks on advance have a nice day

Removing the hard top is easy, turn the radio off shut off the engine. Turn the ignition switch 2 clicks (you don't need to start the engine) then push the top toggle switch forward while it is still blinking, hold until the top raises up and you no longer hear any mechanical sounds. Turn off the ignition (optional) and 2 peope need to lift the top straigh up from the car and walk toward rear of the car.

Note, when lifting the top from the car try to keep it level so that you don't bend any posts or drag anything on any part of the car.
