Hi I have a 95 SL600 with 15k that runs pretty good if I just ease it around. However if I gas it it seems to bog down and I even have had it stall if I really push it from a standing start. I've put in new KN filters and injection cleaner but it still bogs down. Any ideas out there?

I heard that the oil in those filters is bad for the air flow sensors and gums them up, I wonder if that could be your problem.

I had a similar problem with mine. At first I would get some cutting out sometimes when I would kick in the after-burners. Then all of a sudden your problem. Came on fast for me. I didn't maketo the shop I was heading for when the the problem startedandhad to be towed in. went from bad to worse within about100 miles. Made it to within 25 miles of the shop I was heading to on my own power.[&:] Turned out to be the fuel pump. you can have it pressure tested. cost me about 800 to replace on the road. Cheaper if you do it of course. But I was 400 miles from home. [X(]
