I wonder if it is a good idea during winter storing not to leave the Cteck charger connected to the consumer battery for the whole winter. Will it be less load on the battery control module (BCM) if the Cteck is connected only once every 2-3 weeks? I just have nightmares thinking about these BCM catching fire suddenly in the middle of the night

What do you expert folks think?
