Default Cloudy Brake Fluid 07 SL550

Why does my brake fluid look cloudy? This fluid came out of my reservoir. If I shake it up it gets clear, (minus the Jim Beam tint). If I let it sit a day, the clouds come back. Is this absorbed moisture, or is this a result of dissimilar fluids, (synthetic DOT 4 and silicon DOT 5), or what? I have never put DOT 5 silicon fluid in, but cant swear to the history prior to my ownership. The record shows constant dealer maint since new. They wouldn't put silicon in, would they? I will get it flushed next time I am at the stealer. Just wondering if anyone knows with certainty what this is characteristic of.
Took a pic with my iPhone, it came out good enough to see. Hope it is viewable in the post.
Thanks
Rich

Change it.

Maybe change it twice and don't worry.
