On an 03 SL500 how do you access the cabin filters? I removed 3 screws from a panel just underneath the glove box and tried to pull the panel down. It wouldn't budge and I didn't want to force anything. Am I missing something?

I'm also confused on filters, seems there are filters and then there are activated charcoal filters. Is this correct?

Any part numbers to tell the difference on these filters?
