How to change Cabin Air Filter and Air Filter
Is the Cabin Air Filter different from the other Air Filter? If so, how often should we change it.
I have a 2006 C230 with 60k miles. Last time I change the cabin filter was 30k miles and the other air filter has not been changed.
I know it is very easy to change but does anyone have instructions or videos (maybe on youtube) to help me replace it? I do not want to take it to the dealer service and get charge a lot for it.
Please help.... THANKS!

The cabin filter hangs above the battery in the engine bay against the firewall on the passenger side. On my 02 C230 coupe, it is easily accessed from the outside by unclipping the plastic drain cover that hangs above the battery. Turn it over and there it (filter) is. It pops out easily and can even be cleaned with a strong vacuum. I've cleaned mine many times and have never replaced it.
