My 1991 500 sl has the asr light on, my mechanic says the charged air pump part is about 1700 to fix but he says that the I can still drive it and it won’t go into limp mode. He says it is really for traction , my question is can I just remove the bulb from the back of the cluster anyone else have this issue. Jimbo
