Default ABC-Hydraulic oil

I have a SL500, R230, 2003 mod. I`m trying to find a replacement oil for the MB hydraulic fluid in the ABC system. I know that some are using Pentosin CHF-11S for this service. However, as far as I can see based on MBZ approval 345.0, the Pentosin CHF-11S is only MBZ approved as hydraulic oil for the power steering in relation to the R230. Will appreciate any comment regarding use of the Pentosin CHF-11S versus the MBZ`s supplied ABC hydraulic fluid.

Thanks for the reply. I have left a quart of the MB oil. Do you know if it will be ok to mix this with the Pentosin?

The color is green, same as for the Petosin. I see that MB have different part no. for the power steering oil (Petosin CHf 11S) and the ABC oil, i.e. A0019892403 and A001989240309 respectively. I have not been able to establish the specification for the latter so the possible difference is unknown. Your "when in doubt, don`t" seems like a reasonable solution. Thanks.
