Default 92 sl 300 questions

I am looking at buying a 92 sl 300 for about 3k (or less) if this is the wrong for my appoligies.

The car has 152k on it and looks good outside and runs good. Shifts fine. Im wondering mainly about an electrical problem. The car was possibly jumped wrong since that's when it all quit. The cluster, the power seats, and the heater blower motor seem to have been affected. Im sure the dealer has been through the fuses. Wondering what could cause this.

Also the soft top frame and top has been removed. Hard top is good. I am a skilled Mercedes shadetree and used to work for Hank Carter out here in colorado when I was a kid. (He and I restored and repaired a ton of sl and other models) but I am not familiar with the electrics enough that I don't need to ask if this could be a major issue or if there is a fusable link that controls these systems. Mostly worked on the 60's cars and diesels but I have been restoring porsches for the last few years. Thanks for all the help. Also am I ok at that price?

My suggestion: Run, don't walk away. The only difference between MB mechanics and all others= they make more money!
