Default 1999 Mercedes SL500 Seat belt

Hello, Could the two wire female connector that's going nowhere now
be used when there was a switch like the one in owners manual page 52 ??

I mentioned the cable in my previous thread.

When sitting in the passenger seat with the belt pluged in it latches and it's very unconfortable.
Could be a problem with the solenoid which does the belt comfort feature and baby seat feature or, if your car has the automatic Baby Smart feature introduced in 1998, the weight sensor in the seat maybe? No error codes at present I assume?
