last fall when we put the hard top on we had trouble getting the top to go down. Finally got it down and the hard top on. The 'logic' seemed to mess up. The windows would not go down the 1/2" or so they were suppose to when you opened the doors. That over time fixed itself. But we still can not get the top up. We have done everything the owners manual say's to do. No luck.

You may want to try resetingthe system. Open both doors turn the key to on and roll the windows down one at a time holding the switch down for an additional five to ten seconds once each window is down. after both have been done. you can then try to lift the top.

On '95 the windows are not suppose to go 1/2" down when open the door...your car must be '96 model.
If it is, reset the windows,it is in the manual.
