Default Weak Head Lights on 2005 S430

Hey Folks,
I just picked up a 2005 S430. The head lights on the car do not project a strong light when driving at night. I replaced both bulbs and polished the head light covers, the results were better but not what they should be. My 1988 turbo Supra lights up the road way better than the 430.
It seems to me that the lights need to be focused. Does anybody know how to do that? Is there something else I should be looking at?
Thanks for any feedback.
David

Default Hid

Go get some HID lights. make life easier for yourself. An HID light kit will light up the entire world at night in that car.

I'm looking at that option, however there is definetly a problem that needs to be corrected before HID's get installed.
My fog lights are brighter than the low beam head lights with new Silver Star bulbs, something is not right.
