i apologize if this was discussed before, i searched but could not find. my AC just recently started blowing like a fan on my 98 E320. in other words it doesnt blow cold anymore. is it going to cost and do i have to replace the system, or can i get it recharged? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

 

you can recharge it..and also test it with leak finder. A local service dealer can do this for $30 or so. My 94 e320 devolped a leak in the evaporater..............and yes it was hell to replace (mechanic charged $2000......therefore i did it myself) So hope yours isnt the same.
