Doenyone f havingte timing chain and tensioners and guides replace.the car his asntbeen done.a rough idea would be fine.thanks Jibo

 

sorry it is a 1989 420 sel,I just got a price to change the chain and tensioners and guides the price is around 2400.00 does that seem high or reasonable. This could change my mind about buying this car.They want 4000 no less and then add 2400 and the car now costs 6400.00 don't know if it it worth that and comments about this.Thanks Jimbo

 

Because everyone on these forums says that at 100m the timing chain needs to be changed with the plastic guides.If you know that it doesn't need to be changed you are the first one that has told me this
