Can anyone tell me the difference between an S500 and S500 sport? I have a purchased a 2004 S500 and there is indication in previous owners writing /manual that it is a sport but I do not know how to determine if this is correct. Any characteristeics to help me determine what I have? Carfax does not indicate this.

Go down to your local MB Dealer and take them you VIN. They can tell you all of the options that the car came with and whether it is a sport or not. I had them print one up for me to include with my records.


I am in the process of fixing/restoring a 1999 S500 Grand Edition and they were very helpful with gettting me that info.
