Default s500 runs at elevated temp

Hi I have a s500 95' less than 90,000 miles runs at 100c most of the time intermitantly runs at 110c and sometimes go up to 120c has not overheated yet however this could be bad for the engine, have changed coolant thermostat and raditor, electronics tested.fan clutch is new and refridgerant has been weighed and tested considering changeing instrement panel however infared gun indicates temp reading is correct have not checked water pump can anyone suggest a possible cause for this problem started to occur in the last 3000 miles.

Get water pump checked and check water pipes to see if all are warm. If you feel a cold pipe, you have caught the blockage.

Dont drive around too much otherwise it will cost you alot more in the end, i.e. head gasket.
