Help!

Replaced a headlamp bulb and disconnected the battery briefly. I now have no sound on radio or sat nav (radio display OK and sat nav display operates normally). Command does not recognise CD player or telephone at all. Any suggestions as to how I can restore the lost functions?

common problem when battery is disconnected. The fuse might have blown when you reconneced the battery. From what I gather, you suppose to remove the fuse for te Bose amp beore removing the battery.
And or it could be a "Command Code" issue.
I'm not really sure how that command center "ticks" yet so my knowledge is limited on it.
