For a few weeks my 96 S500 has failed to start because the immobiliser is still activated when I unlock It. Normally the problem can be solved by locking on the remote and re-entering using the key.
Yesterday the cruise control failed to properly engage and the car remained in 4th gear refusing to change into 5th. Any clues. Also can I disconnect the immobiliser to get rid of that problem.
