S430matic 2004 vs S500 2001

I am new to being a owner. I have a choice to buy a 2004matic s430 vs a 2001 S 500. Both have about 85000k on them. Both very clean cars. I live in georgia. Which car will I be happy with long term

I would go with the s500 because you live in a state that doesnt snow much.
The S430 4matic is perfect for winter driving snow ice rain I have a 4matic its works well in bad weather conditions. My previous rear wheeld car (lexus ls400) gave tons of problems in bad weather spin outs accidents ect.
