Hello everyone. I have just acquired my first Mercedes, a 2002 S320 CDi. The previous owner left the driver's side sun visor in a poor condition. I can obtain a replacement but can anyone tell me how to remove the old one?

uncrew the 2 or 3 screws on the visor hinge at the headliner then the visor comes off. you might have to pop off a cover to access the screws first.
