Not easy.

If all three units fail to operate (in any way) it would appear to be a common fault = power supply.

Unlikely all 3 circuits would be out for faulty motors, switch, specific relays, bad connection etc

Don't know the wiring sufficiently in detail to offer any assistance from a distance.

Suggest it is a simple supply issue. Need to get to work with a voltmeter.

How did you reach the conclusion that the fuses were OK. Continuity checking, replacement or visually?
If the later can you be certain that they are good?
Sure you are looking at the correct supply fuses?
Got voltage at these fuses?

Good luck.

Through some detective work I believe I have narrowed the problem to the seat memory
module, which operated both the mirrors and the tilt/telescopic function. Bought a new module on ebay for $50 and will install it after it gets here. In the meantime found this great web site. http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb1.asp...140070&VIN=
In my case, I clicked on #82 electrical and then #375 for mirror and steering columm adjustment which linked the 2 problems to one common module. As stated in a reply to my post, it is unlikely that both systems have gone bad at the same time. Check out the site at least for some ideas of how the systems interrelate.

Mirror module, not seat memory module was the problem. Located in passenger foot well. Easy to replace.
