I just noticed that the steering wheel adjustment on my 2000 E320 is not working. Is there a fuse for this? and where is it located?

My seat/wheel adjustment switch sometimes acts up and gets stuck. If you have diffrerent wheel positions on the different memory positions (provided the memory switch is working), you can try the memory switches to see if you can get the wheel moving. This will prove the the switch is acting up.

I only had 1 position for the steering adjustment in the memory. All the switches are working (seat and memory) except for the steering wheel adjustment button.

could you please check another fuse on the front? #16.

other than that it won't be easy for you because it involves diagnosis and removing parts. the thing works via CAN and a bit complex to decide as to which part is faulty. better let a good technician do it.

Thank you sleepwalker. Fuse #16 is also intact, I'll just go to the dealer this weekend.
