Blower made a faint sound for about a month before it quit working.
Any suggestions...fueses...relays... blower motor. Is blower motor a do it yourself job?

Yes very simple job to access, should take no more than 10 minutes to remove. Once out of the car it can be tested. Another possible cause is that the small rubber shields that surround the motor fixing bolts have perished and allowed the motor to drop slightly in the upper support frame causing the fan wheel to catch the bottom of the housing.

 

How do you access the blower motor?
