My 300SE engine will cut off while driving 40mph. Usually only happens in warm-hot weather. Fine in winter. Someone mentione that it is a "hot ignition". What does this mean in relation to MB's?

No sure what they mean? I would try replaceing the fuel pump relay. When this happens do you hear the fuel pump running?
