Ah so there are some people out there. Lets see.
How about them window shades. Shouldn't bee too hard, even some W126 SECs have the rear ones.
Of course the woodgrain I mentioned in the other posts, but that's a different thread.
How about luxury burlwood fold down tables for the rear passengers. Seen a couple of SELs with em. So hush they are.
How about at least an AMG exhuast sytem, since anything else AMG engine wise is non-existant unless you find one that's already built and take it apart.
How about them classic Hammer rims that I've seen on so many W126 sedans. I know they out there but that thread recived no replies. As usual.
I want to take them plastic grill inserts out and replace them with chrome ones or even imatation chrome will work since custom grills for the Benz are very hard to come by for that body style.
How about any good car custom shop that has a liscense to embroid. the Mercedes Emblem on my head rests.
How about a good air cooled seat kits. For all four seats. Prefer the one without the included heated seat option since my car already have them. And I'm talking about the internal one not the cheap one that look like some tacky mat that you strap to the seat.
Or a good rug place where they are Liscensed to sell and or make Mercedes custom rugs.
And since the 5.6 AMG engine for the W126 got most of it's horsepower by increasing the compression by one, a new cam shaft, and maybe a few various parts that I forget off the top of my head but wasn't too hard to install in comparison with a cam shaft, how can i get that Amg horsepower out with out the slightly lumpy idle from the cam (trademark of the W126 AMG.)
And lastly for right now, where can I get a new Burlwood OEM of course retractable door thing for the center compartment. The ones they started putting in the W126 since the 1989 ones instead of the glovebox.
I think that should start me off. If you can find these I have some more in depth things that I have trouble finding but have seen before. And even all of these listed I have seen before in a 420SEL(rear tables in Zebrano) (even with the burlwood conversion) , 560SEL (rear table in Burlwood.) , or 350SDL(except the burlwood)
And as a bonus, the question is not can a S600 (1992) engine fit in a W126, because I've seen a 560SEL with the V-12 but the question is how extensive was it? And how was it done?
Note: Price is not a matter. I'm single, doing well, and only have two cars that are paid for by my hard work.
