Air Con Issues on W222

Hi all. I have a 2018 350D L. Prem exec S class. Having problems with the air conditioning. I have replaced the air conditioning compressor, the pipe work and the condenser unit. Once it’s regassed it works for a week then it has blown out a hole in the bottom right ( as you look at it) of the condenser unit. My Merc specialist has no idea what is causing it and I have it booked int to a main dealer to get them to investigate. Interested to know if anyone else has had these issue
