Hi I am dale22 and this is my first Mercedes Benz as well as first post here so I thank you in advance for your knowledge. It drives very good for a while and suddenly it will drive rough like full accelleration and it boggs down, misses shifts hard so i restart it and it runs normal. there is no rhyme or reason sometimes I can drive it 30 minutes before it acts up or it may be an hour or half the day or it may be 10 minutes but by turning it off and back on it drives normal either 10 minutes or 2 hours. I am just hoping someone has heard this symptom and can advise as to the reason.
when running normal it runs very well and after restarting it it run very well what would cause it to run bad and get reset by turning it off and on?

sounds like plugs or a coil or a plug/coil resistor on this car they are 2kohm reisitors. or maybe a wire harness good luch that harness is about $700 plus 4 hours of labor
