Default 560SEL rear suspension again

I was going to replace the rear shocks, but the guy a the part store told me that I may want to start with the 2 accumulators. The car comes up when just started but I don't know if it should go up higher. The problem right now is that is rides like a low-rider, every bump is accentuated and the car keeps bouncing for a 100 feet past the bump. I see no leaks, and I know the pump works so I guess I will go with the accumulators. Does anyone know if there is a special procedure for changing those? Will fluid come splashing everywhere?

Thanks
