hi, I just bought my s430, i did follow the manual about how to take the cd magazine out from the cd changer, however, i think it is impossible to take it out. becaue when i puch the eject button, the cd magazine can only go to half way because the there are is the plastic cover stop it. i'm very worry about whether this problem is a normal problem which everybody face before or it is the dealer's problem. and i really hope to know how to take the cd magazine out of the cd changer which i 'm able to put my cd in

uummmmm thats the sliding door that covers the magazine from dust and other stuff falling in there....it should slide over more..just push it over and the magazine sould slide out more [:-]
