1992 W140 S500 hard start
Hi,
I need help.
I have a 1992 W140 S500 with 119 engine. It only make around 23,000 km. When it is warm or cold starting is not a problem. When I drive it for say 30 minutes and stop for say 15 minutes, then it is very difficult to start. When it get started it is very rough. Appreciate your advise what to look for and how to solve it.
Regards,
TC

it is quite complicated.
on fuel for example, after stopping the car, if you have a leaky fuel injector... it will be deposited on top of the piston which will take time to evaporate. burning it takes time and therefore rough engine running.
it more likely a fuel problem i think.
