1989 560 SEL
I just bought a Grey 1989 Mercedes 560SEL and very happy with it. It was garaged by the previous owner and has the remote start and after market alarm and factory alarm with the European headlights. And after a 750 mile trip to Atlanta, this car is definately a keeper. It rides and perform like a Mercedes should and so much that my father is thinking about buying a 1989-1991 560SEL. The car has a little over 213,000 miles on it and no creaks rattles, noises, or anything like that. How much does it usually cost to convert the AC to R134 from R-12? I don't have the tools to do it myself and would hate to risk frostbite because of so. I will post a picture of it soon.

I had one of my older cars converted for $179. That's probably on the high side since it was an oil change place. I did it there because they did it right away while I waited. They basically just put a new fitting on it and replaced the freon with the newer stuff. It took about an hour.
