hi guys,

on my 1990 560SEC., it has one of those sunscreens..,
how is it suppose to work ?
I see the button for it, and i press it and I can hear it running, but nothing happens.
I can go in the back seat and manually pull it up., it is kind of spring loaded.

any ideas/clues ?

A cheap solution......leave it up......all of the time! You get plenty of privacy, and it keeps the sun off the back seat.

 

Your 560SEC came with a rear sunscreen? My 1987 BMW 735i has one but my 1989 560SEL does not. I love those things and would like to know how can I get one installed?

 

you can but you may need to replace the rear panel too, cut a hole for the switch and run a wiring for the system.
