The attach point for my window switch has broken. While I had it in the shop i asked if it could be fixed and i was told that a new wood trim piece would cost $1600 due to the fact it had do be ordered as a whole unit w/ the center console. Is there an alternative fix?

 

parts can be exchange separately.

The dealership has told me that i can not order that part individually. Do you know of any after market retailers who offer this trim or would a junk yard be my best option

 

those will break time to time but there are hole in the corners of the wind. swtch. pack you can put small screws through there is another piece of plastic attached to the wood they will bite into
