'07 ML320 has this function.
Simply press and hold the "car unlock" button on the key.
All the windows including the sunroof open simultaneously.
Have you tried this?

you cant do it by remote but you might be able to use the key blade in the door and turn and hold the key ..

hi i have had 7 ml's and have never been able to close or open windows with key remote ,do not think you can have this feature on the W163
