Can I install a 6-CD changer in the above vehicle?

This vehicle has the NAV package. I have researched this online and can find the change used on Ebay - no problem. What I can't find is the proper information about installing this unit.

I have already taken apart the glove compartment and cannot locate any existing prewiring compatible with the connectors I can see on the unit in the pictures on Ebay.

Anybody wanna tell me what to do next?
