Hi,
I have a 1999 ML320 and the transmission(P/N 722.662) has burnt out the 3rd clutch pack.
I purchased another transmission but I have just worked out that it is out of a ml350( P/N 722.674).I have already removed my transmission and worked out something was wrong when I looked at the taco connection on the new transmission.


Does anyone know if the insides are the same and can I strip the transmissions and get my old one going?

How many speed is this new trany?
