Default ML300 leak off

Hi all, I’ve got a 2010 ML300 (randomly not in the list of cars when setting up your profile) that doesn’t crank. It will start on easy start but has an airlock that won’t let it pull fuel in despite following cranking procedures, etc.

I can only find one place that will do a leak off test and there’s a three month wait. Info online is split between suggesting that you do or don’t need a special tool to do it.

Has anyone got any info on how to do it or someone who can?
