Has anyone else broken the latch on their glove box? I have a 2001 ML320. The part wasn't expensive from the dealer -$95 and the service guy said it is fairly common for it to break. We are wondering if we could replace it ourselves.

 

Youever hear anything about this, I just bought one and the lock needs to be repaired.
