Default fuel lines to filter 99ml

Hi, I was informed that you only need to replace the fuel line when replacing the fuel filter with the newer one on the 99 ml, but they sell 3 lines. The return, the fuel and one other. Do I purchase all 3 for about 100 bucks and the pliers for 59.00. with the filter I will have 235 dollars invested in this service. thank you[/align]

Default RE: fuel lines to filter 99ml

When it came time to change my filter, I found that if you do not change all the lines you will wind up kinking at least one of them. This will restict or cut off the fuel flow - not good! Keep in mind this new style filter is longer and the 3 lines were re-designed to fit it. If you do not buy the MB tool, you can make one from a coat hanger - bend a "U" shape 3" long and at the ends of the "U", you need 2 right angle bends in order to depress the release levers.
