I installed bulbs in the original fog light area and finally got a mechanic to activate the switch--it now works. I seem to recall, that on a post some time ago, that the switch also needs programming that activates the bulb indicator in the display--it does not come on when the front fog light is on, just the rear indicator works. The mechanic just shrugs his sholders when I tell him this--I suspect that there is a program--any hope for this?

 

There's a setting in the inst. cluster coding that activates the foglight indicator.
