E300 Alloys on ML270????

E300 Alloys on ML270????
I recently changed models from a Mercedes E300 to my new ML270cdi, I have a set of alloys which were on the E300 measuring 17" 225/45's. The ML270 measures 17" 275/55's Does anyone know if the E class alloys will fit the ML270, and will the ML tyres fit on the E Class alloy.
