Guys could someone let us know whether the alloys im about to buy will fit?

My car... 1997 P reg C180 classic

Alloys+Tyres... 225/40x18 ZR 8J offset 37 5 stud pcd112

 

My first answer is NO.

Would you know this from experience or just a hunch?

many sites have got these sized wheels for sale for c class specifically. so i assume they'll fit.

im really looking for people who has attempted to fit these already.

i would also like to know why you say no???
i personally beleive they will fit. i have this combination on my car but 235 on back and 225 on front 18*8 with near 35 offset.
May rub a little but im not sure how much rub you get at normall hight, my rubbed on everything they possibly could but that come from slamming it way to far :-) then cutting bumpstops :-)
but yea should be sweet, if anything maby only a slight bit of rubbing from front guard at full turn on plastic, but just double check with tire fitment guide

Alloys fit perfectly, no arch rubbing & can turn the front full lock.. check pics as you wanted!

 

they look good!
now buy some lowered springs :-) and itl look real nice.
You dont have to go all out super low but slightly lower spring & cup kit will look wikid!
