Red face door control module does not work .. pls help

Hi
I have a Mercedes ML 350 diesel (2015). The rear right door window and close/open did not work properly. The service man checked using the note PC and it showed that the door control module memory did not function properly. I bought online another control module (used one) but it did not function at all. When connected with the not PC the rear right door module did not show up at all in the monitor. I put again the damaged one but now the glass do not move at all. Every time the car started moving there was a warning signal with the top view of the car in the multifunction display. After 30 minutes driving it did not show anymore. I am not quite sure if the control module I bought (used one) is not working at all. Do I need to buy another one? Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you very much.
Icneg

Hello and welcome to the forum! It sounds like the window regulator is the issue. Is that what you meant by 'door control module'?

Thank you Pelican parts.
I mean the following one. But I replaced with a used one bought through the internet and it did not work at all. Does it takes some time after installation to start working properly.

The unit should begin working immediately after installation - it sounds like that unit may be defective.
