Can anyone help? My dealer cannot reset the service reminder on my 2001 ML 320.
They say that there is some sorta communication problem between their computer and the computer on the ML.
Any suggestions?

resetting m-class

I've experianced instrument cluster problems on some cars that may cause this, On some of the Benz sedans the drivers door(and all others) must be closed to reset the FSS counter.

 

I can reset it...but too far coz I'm in Manassas, VA

I have seen an issue one or two times where the odometer was tampered with and the counter could not be reset. not saying this is the case.
if you had it at a dealer and they could not reset it..then im sure there is a problem, or the dealer is a really bad one or the tech is an idiot.
