I recently purchased an 2004 ML 350 and was wondering if it is possible to purchase and install a CD or DVD Player along with installing the navigation system? I've been reading a few of the posts and I believe it's doable but I was wondering if there were specific requirements or extra components that I may need? Also, if anyone has websites for purchasing this equipments, I'd really appreciate it.

cd changer, yes you can and navigation. panasonic is the better brand.

 

I wanted to add the Mercedes Changer...the other ones are though the FM and I've had a bad experience with my MP3 Player and the FM transmitte...itt's way too staticky. Would I be able to purchase the cd or dvd drive for the factory installed receiver? how about the navigation system? I want to keep everything the same but if I can't then I would rather go with the best option...do you still need the VIN?
