need some help, I have had the brake pads replaced 200 miles ago, the problem I have is when I start the car the brake pad warning light comes on. It does not come on when braking only when starting the car or when the car has stopped and I keep my foot on the peddle

did you recheck brake sensors

see if for some reason brake sensor is touching rotor or if the sensor wire is broken and touching the rotor . when brake sensor wire touches rotor it goes to ground and completes the circuit so brake warning light comes on

In case you didn't do this, you should have replaced the brake sensors at the same time the pads were replaced.
