Searched the forums but could not find this issue.
My 2002 Ml500 needed a new battery, light came on...20 minutes later...all dask lights lit and truck died. I replaced the battery, started fine. battery light stays lit? Tried the turning the wheel left and right while running but that did not fix it. Is there a general reset for a battery replacement I can do ?

It seems there was a recall for the voltage regulator, I did not get notified. With that fixed and the new battery we seem to be ok now.
Funny this forum used to be helpful at one time, now I need to answer my own questions?
