There is a website called amgkit.com. They sell 3rd row seats for the 2003 ML350 (part # W163 ML). My car was not equipped with a 3rd row when I purchased the car. I have 3 questions:

1. Has anyone bought these seats in a similar situation as me?
2. Does anyone have an opinion on the look/quality of the seat?
3. If installed, will it be identical to a factory installed 3rd row seat?

i'd suggest getting the OEM one from Ebay. you will need to get the mounting bracket and seatbelts also. installation is not exactly striaght forward, so you may want to budget for someone to do it.
